IGBP – International Cross-Border Best Practice in entrepreneur coaching
The purpose of the project is to analyse the tools, methods and approaches used in the advisory services offered to entrepreneurs in the border region of Northern Germany and Southern Denmark, with particular focus on the municipalities of Vejle and Neumünster. The aim is to identify best practice methods and to make knowledge of them available to business development offices throughout Northern Germany and Southern Denmark.
The partners in the project – Vejle and Neumünster municipalities – will ask all business development offices in Northern Germany and Region Southern Denmark to help identify the tools and methods used to advise entrepreneurs.
Such bilateral partnership with interested parties throughout the region will provide a perfect opportunity for intensive cross-border exchange, and in-depth implementation, of project results. The experience gained in connection with the project will be documented and publicised on both sides of the border. Best practice methods will be made available to as many business service offices as possible. The advice and guidance provided for entrepreneurs will thus be improved and it is expected that this will help entrepreneurs to contribute to economic consolidation and development in the region.
Put briefly: The project will compare the various approaches, determine which tools and methods are of most benefit and communicate the knowledge gained to other business development offices in Northern Germany and Southern Denmark.
